alice-teacher recent Alice 2.2 won't run

Bill, I also downloaded Alice 2.2 on Thursday and ran into problems.  I have
it downloaded on numerous other machines and knew it worked on those... In
my case, however, I was getting some complaints during the unzip, although
they made no sense.

The workaround that I found was to unzip it to a different directory.  I
know, weird, but it worked.  In winzip, I changed the target to "NewAlice",
and it unzipped without messages and the executables worked fine.

I've done no diagnostics to figure out why, so I can't say if it will apply
to you, but give it a try.  I suspect something is a bit off in the zip
file.
