Lightning Talk & Table Discussion Format

If your presentation is chosen for a lightning talk, you will deliver a
five-minute presentation, followed by a table discussion where attendees
can ask questions and engage in deeper conversations. If you opt for a
table talk only, you will lead a small-group discussion on your chosen
topic without giving a formal presentation.
Guidelines for Your Lightning Talk:

   -

Keep it concise: Stick to the five-minute limit—focus on one key idea or
   takeaway.
   -

Be engaging: Use real-world examples, personal stories, or demonstrations
   to make your point.
   -

Keep slides minimal: If using slides, aim for three to five slides max,
   avoiding text-heavy content.
   -

End with a call to action: Leave the audience with a question,
challenge, or key insight to spark discussion.

Leading a Table Discussion:

   -

Start with a brief introduction (1-2 minutes) to frame the topic.
   -

Encourage questions and insights from attendees.
   -

Be prepared with a few prompting questions to guide the conversation.
   -

Keep it interactive—this is a chance for dialogue, not just Q&A.
