Hi everyone, For the upcoming accessibility seminar on Monday (11/25), we  
will gather in NSH 3305 at 11:30 AM to listen to our guest speaker, Kirk  
Crawford, who will be joining us remotely. Kirk is a third-year PhD student  
at UMBC, working in the Designing Participatory Futures (DARE) Lab with Dr.  
Foad Hamidi. His research explores accessibility through an intersectional  
lens, focusing on the experiences of marginalized communities, particularly  
LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and those navigating multiple layers  
of identity. For the talk, he will discuss his prior work published at  
ASSETS (https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3597638.3608401), which explores how  
marginalized communities, particularly LGBTQIA+ individuals with  
disabilities, navigate and adapt to barriers in accessing assistive
