Subject: Child Care Needs Assessment Survey

A child care committee, consisting of child care stakeholders in Carnegie Mellon’s campus community, is currently assessing the current and near term child care needs of the university’s faculty and staff members.  To assist in this assessment, a Child Care Needs Assessment Survey is being administered by the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis to gather this information. The information collected in this survey will be utilized by the committee to make recommendations to campus leadership on the university’s possible future initiatives related to child care.

The child care committee would  appreciate your help in promoting survey participation.  Please forward this email to your organization’s electronic mailing list.  The survey may be found at:  http://www.cmu.edu/hr/family-child-care/child-care-survey.html.  The survey will be available through February 3, 2016.
