Hi Everyone,

So just like with the id cards and previous years I will pick up the buildings parking passes and distribute them at the front desk. I will email everyone once I have them and they are ready.

You may view your 2013-2014 parking assignment by visiting:  https://parking.campusservices.cmu.edu/auth/permit.php.  All new parking assignments begin on September 3, 2013, with the exception of student/faculty permits that begin on August 26, 2013.
You may pick up your parking materials as follows:
Location:  Dithridge Garage lobby (for the following parking areas:   Dithridge, 5th & Craig, Zebina Way, GATF, Henry Street & Whitfield)
Dates:  August 13, 2013 through August 15, 2013
                        10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Location:  University Center Lower Level (open dining area – old Andy’s Eatery) Permits for all parking areas
Dates:  August 19, 2013 through August 21, 2013
                        9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.






            *Please note that during permit distribution times our University Center office will be closed.   If you need assistance for anything other than permit distribution during any of the times listed above, please visit our East Campus Garage Office.
Your Carnegie Mellon ID is required to pick up your parking permit. If you are not able to personally pick up your permit, written authorization for someone else to pick it up is required.   Any permits not picked up by August 30th, 2013 will be considered unclaimed and will be cancelled and removed from our database.
