[6555-penn] Penn Ave BBQ - Thurs, June 7th @ 11:30AM

The weather is finally starting to steady out with sunny days and warm
temps.  What better way to enjoy this at work than with a BBQ? Let's get
ready to start the summer with some good food and a get together. 

 

Thursday, June 7th starting at 11:30 a.m. in the Penn Avenue conference
room. (or outside, weather permitting)   Burgers and charcoal for the grill
are being provided.  All traditional BBQ sides are needed (hot dogs/buns,
hamburger buns, side dishes, chips, desserts, drinks, etc)  Sign-up sheet is
available in the kitchen on the bulletin board.  If you plan to attend,
please sign up to bring an item to contribute. For those on campus planning
on coming please email if you are bringing anything so I can mark it down.
Currently Taco salad and baked beans are marked down.  

 

Dress for the weather (pray for no rain), and come ready to eat and relax! 

 

I'll have the lunch/conference room ready for your food items by 10:30am
that morning, and any volunteers to help with clean-up afterwards are always
greatly appreciated!!! 

 

Thanks to Dan, RJ, and Ryan for volunteering to grill/cook!  And thanks to
Ryan for providing the burgers!
