SUBJECT: The Roof Replacement Over the Office Area of 6555 Penn

 

 

The roof replacement over the office area of 6555 Penn Ave will begin later
this week. 

 

On Thursday, July 28th Triangle Roofing will be removing the stone ballast
from the roof section above the offices. This work will be similar to that
which was completed last year. The contractor will use a large vacuum to
suction all of the stones off of the roof and into a truck below. 

 

On Friday, July 29th the roofing materials will be delivered to the site.

These materials will be delivered via tractor trailer and lifted onto the
roof via truck crane. 

 

The contractor will then begin the tear off and replacement of the roofing
membrane in sections. They will ensure that each section of the roof is
sealed and water tight before the end of the day.
