Join is in a celebration of Carnegie Mellon Staff and their contributions

When:  Wednesday, May 19, 2010
Where: Wiegand Gym and Rangos Hall, University Center
Time:     11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Cost:      Free

Note:  Picnic-goers must present a valid Carnegie Mellon Staff ID.

Please print the attached Staff Picnic Invitation and display it in your
office, common spaces and high-traffic  areas.

For staff who are located off-campus, transportation to the University
Center will be provided.  Please scroll down for shuttle locations.

Shuttle Routes:

1. ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY CENTER AT THE PITTSBURGH TECHNOLOGY BUILDING -
Pittsburgh Technology Building, Second Avenue
	 At 11:10 a.m. a shuttle will stop in the ETC circle by the flagpole
and pick up staff to shuttle to the University Center Turnaround.  
	 At 1:00 p.m. a shuttle will depart from campus at the University
Center Turnaround.

2. MELLON INSTITUTE, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INSTITUTE, WHITFIELD HALL, 407
South Craig Street, UTDC, 300 S. Craig Street, INI, 4616 Henry Street
(continual loops)
	 At 11:00 a.m.  a shuttle will begin to make continual loops
approximately every twenty minutes.  The shuttle will stop first at
Dithridge and Fifth Avenue for the Mellon Institute and SEI, then continue
to Whitfield Hall and then on to 407 South Craig, dropping off staff at the
University Center turnaround.
	 At 1:00 p.m. a shuttle from campus to Mellon Institute, SEI and
Whitfield Hall will begin and will circulate to these buildings until the
last shuttle which will  depart the University Center Turnaround at 2:00
p.m.

3. NATIONAL ROBOTICS ENGINEERING CONSORTIUM AND PENN AVENUE BUILDING - Ten
40th Street, Lawrenceville and 6555 Penn Avenue
	 At 11:00 a.m. a shuttle will stop at Ten 40th Street (National
Robotics Engineering Consortium) at the front doors to the building and pick
up staff.
	 At 11:15 a.m. the shuttle will stop at the parking lot of the 6555
Penn Avenue building by the front door and pick up staff to the University
Center Turnaround.
	 At 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. a shuttle will depart from the University
Center Turnaround and return staff to Penn Avenue and NREC.

4. PPG Building 6
	 At 11:15 a.m. a shuttle will depart PPG 6 on 3rd Avenue and will
shuttle staff to the University Center Turnaround.  
	 At 1:15 p.m. a shuttle will depart from the University Center
Turnaround and return staff to PPG.
