[6555-penn] UPDATE: 6555 Penn Ave Water Line Replacement

UPDATE:

 

6555 Penn Ave will continue to have water throughout the rest of today,
Friday, June 25.  However, FMS is expecting the building to have NO WATER
all day Monday and Tuesday of next week (June 28-29).  They expect to have
water service restored by late Tuesday afternoon/early evening.  

 

Please continue to 'avoid' parking close to the building during this
project, as the digging will continue on Monday morning and will encompass a
much larger area next week.

UPDATE:

 

The water line replacement work at 6555 Penn Ave will be commencing this
evening with sawcutting through the parking lot and adjacent Penn Ave.

The initial water line shutdown is currently scheduled for Thursday evening
6-24-10 at approx 7:00 pm.  The domestic water service is expected to be
back in operation sometime during the day Friday 6-25-10.

Portable toilets have been placed for use during this shutdown. 

Please refrain from parking in the areas that have been sawcut adjacent the
building.
