[6555-penn] Parking Lot / Water Line UPDATE

All,

 

     The water line project is nearing its completion.   The vault to the
water line has been covered however please use CAUTION around the cones that
have been put in place.

 

     Paving of the areas that were dug up will take place this coming
Saturday provided it does not rain.  If all goes well with the paving
project, parking can resume as normal on Monday.
