[6555-penn] Penn Ave BBQ - Tues, May 25th @ 11:30AM

Did someone say BBQ?  We're ending the Spring semester with a much needed
get together!  

 

Tuesday, May 25th starting at 11:30 a.m. in the Penn Avenue lunch/conference
room. (or outside, weather permitting)   Burgers and charcoal for the grill
are being provided.  All traditional BBQ sides are needed (hot dogs/buns,
hamburger buns, side dishes, chips, desserts, drinks, etc)  Sign-up sheet is
available in the kitchen on the bulletin board.  If you plan to attend,
please sign up to bring an item to contribute.  Dress for the weather, and
come ready to eat and relax! 

 

I'll have the lunch/conference room ready for your food items by 10:30am
that morning, and any volunteers to help with clean-up afterwards are always
greatly appreciated!!! 

 

Thanks to Dan, RJ, and Ryan for volunteering to grill/cook!  And thanks to
Ryan for providing the burgers!
