[6555-penn] Penn Ave Driveway Replacement - all staff to exit lot by 5:30pm Friday, April 9th

The Penn Ave parking lot driveway/entrance ramp is having concrete work done
this coming weekend.  The cement contractor will start drilling some holes
around 4:00 P.M. Friday but he does not feel that he will interfere with
traffic flow for people leaving around this time. However, he wants to start
removing the old concrete at 6:00 P.M. so that he will have the area ready
to pour early on Saturday and have Sunday for it to set and cure. To ensure
you are able to exit the parking lot on Friday night, I would suggest
leaving by 5:30pm at the latest.  

The Penn Ave parking lot will NOT be accessible from:

6:00pm - Friday, April 9...through...........early morning - Monday, April
11
(*early morning staff should be fine to enter the lot on Monday morning)
