[6555-penn] Penn Ave Holiday working schedule (Dec 21 - Dec 30)

All,

Attached is a schedule showing all Penn Ave staff who are planning to be
here between Dec 21-23 and Dec 28-30.  As you know, the building will be
closed on Dec 24-25 and Dec 31 and Jan 1st.  Please use this schedule as
reference to know who should be in the building on these days.  Campus
Services / Affairs staff schedule is at the top and Digital Libraries and
ASTM schedule is at the bottom of the spreadsheet. 

** Important info:  On Mon, Dec 28th, the parking lot gate will be closed
until 7:30am when either George/Dennis unlocks the gate when they get here
that morning.  If anyone arrives to the building BEFORE 7:30am on Mon, Dec
28th, you'll need to get out of your car and swipe your CMU ID in the
parking lot gate card reader in order to open the gate and access the
parking lot.
