[6555-penn] Penn Avenue Entrance Sign

Happy Friday,

As you may have noticed this morning, the main Penn Avenue entrance sign is knocked over.  We are aware of this problem, and are working on a temporary fix.  We are also investigating the purchase of a new sign with updated departmental information.  

I don't have any details on how this happened, but believe that it may have been clipped by a vehicle.  If you have any information, please contact me.
