All,

Staff Council reached out to Penn Avenue to solicit our participation in the
annual election process.  Tiffany has Enrollment ballots for Campus Services
staff and Education ballots for ASTM and Digital Library Initiatives staff
at the front desk through May 2nd.   

Campus Services staff, you may be surprised to see that we have a couple of
our own division members listed!

Good afternoon! Staff Council is facilitating annual elections from April 21
- May 2. Staff Council will be organizing a paper ballot election process
and will be available to accept your divisional representative votes at the
following times and locations: 

PLEASE BRING YOUR PHOTO ID!!!

>From April 21, 2008 - May 2, 2008 we will be in the University Center from
11:30am - 1:00pm. Additionally, tables will be set up at PPG on April 23,
2008 from 3:30pm - 4:30pm and on April 30, 2008 from 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
Finally, voting will take place on April 25, 2008 at Mellon Institute from
12:00pm - 1:30pm and on April 30, 2008 at PTC on Second Avenue from 11:30am
- 1:00pm.
 
The elections schedule is attached for you to post in your area.
