[6555-penn] Building work timeline - 9/17 thru 10/5

All,

This email is just to let you all know what the construction timeline is
over the next few weeks.  Some of the areas of our building will be
undergoing some major work, and to prepare you for the noise levels on these
days, we wanted to make you all aware of the work that is scheduled to be
done:

Tues, 9/18/07 - Work scheduled for Room 145 and adjacent Corridor

*        Demolish existing unit located above lay-in ceiling

*        Demolish existing duct work located above lay-in ceiling

*        Install new supply air duct work and new variable air volume box

Wed, 9/19/07 - Work scheduled for Room 146, 147 & 148

*              Demolish existing unit located above lay-in ceiling

*        Demolish existing duct work located above lay-in ceiling

*        Install new supply air duct work and new variable air volume box

Thur, 9/20/07 - Work scheduled for Room 149, 150 and Conference Room

*              Demolish existing unit located above lay-in ceiling

*        Demolish existing duct work located above lay-in ceiling

*        Install new supply air duct work and new variable air volume box

Fri, 9/20/07 - Follow up work is required for all areas

*        Install installation on all new duct work; all rooms previously
noted

*        Complete final connections on the new variable volume boxes install
in each area: Rooms 145, 147 and 150

Mon, 9/24 thru Fri, 9/28/07

*        Complete misc. work associated with the new systems on the first
floor

Mon, 10/1 - Fri, 10/5

*        Continue work on the new boiler and HVAC system

*        Continue misc. work on the new systems
