[6555-penn] Penn Ave Gate timer fixed

All,

Due to Daylight Savings Time, the entrance gate has been opening an hour
late and closing an hour early (5pm instead of 6pm).  Alleghany Fence was
just here and reset the gate timer, so it should now again auto open and
close at the correct times.

Please let me know if you continue to experience any problems with the gate.
