<html><head></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">================================================================<br> Call for Workshops: IEEE Cluster 2011<br>================================================================<br><br>General:<br>Institutes, organizations and groups are called upon to submit <br>proposals for workshops at the IEEE Cluster 2011 Conference in Austin <br>for the week of September 26th-30th. Each workshop will develop a <br>program within the context of the conference, and set requirements <br>and create a schedule for submissions. Registration fees for the <br>workshops will be included as part of the conference registration fee.<br><br>Important Dates:<br>Submission Deadline: March 7th, 2011<br>Notification:<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre; "> </span>Notification will be send out within one week after proposal submission<br><br>Content:<br>We welcome proposals for workshops related to all aspects of cluster <br>computing and high performance computing. Workshops are expected to <br>host work that is more cutting-edge, preliminary and that has more <br>practical content than the more mature research presented in the main <br>conference. The workshops should complement the main conference with <br>broadened and extended content. The workshops may also simultaneously <br>deepen the week's presentations at IEEE Cluster 2011 by focusing on special <br>topics, or by bringing together a critical mass of researchers in selected <br>areas of interest. For peer-reviewed workshops, workshop papers will <br>appear as part of the IEEE Cluster 2009 proceedings.<br><br>Proposals:<br>Please submit a proposal of up to 2 pages including the following information:<br>- Title of the workshop<br>- Organizers and their affiliations<br>- Sample call for papers, including the workshop's main topics<br>- Expected duration of the workshop; i.e., 1/2 day or full day<br>- If the workshop was previously held, the number of published papers <br> and attendees at the last workshop<br><br>Please send submissions and specific questions to <a href="mailto:workshops@ieeecluster.org">workshops@ieeecluster.org</a>. <br>General questions about the workshops can be sent to the Cluster 2011 organizers <br>at <a href="mailto:help@ieeecluster.org">help@ieeecluster.org</a>.<br></body></html>
