[staff-faculty-fitness] Flip's 2007 Challenge

Hey folks!
Most of you have been back at work for a little bit now, and since
The SFF program starts on monday, I want to throw out a challenge.

For weeks 1-52 of this year, I challenge you to do the following 3-4
times a week in addition to your normal workouts:
week # * 2 pushups
week # Crunch and Squat sets
(so:
	week 1: 2 pushups, 8 squats/crunches (3-4 days a week)
	Week 2: 4 pushups, 16 squats/crunches (3-4 days a week)
	etc)

I suggest you get them out of the way at the beginning of the week,
that way if you miss a day, you have the rest of the week to catch up.

I'm not going to specify what variation of each of the
exercises... incline, decline, floor, knee pushups are all ok.
The crunches should be mixed up once we get beyond 3-4 sets.
If folks want, I'll start a web page with suggestions.
If you want to split the exercise into multiple throughout the day,
that's ok too.

I've been doing mine this week.... you can either skip week 1, or
catch up by adding last week's to this week.

Anyone with me?
