fellow bovikians,

I am writing to remind you that the SIGBOVIK SUBMISSION DEADLINE is
coming up real soon now: TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT!

at that point (which is expressed in eastern daylight time, the current
configuration of our esteemed conference's hometown), the program
committee select subcommittee for proceedings processions processing
with stop accepting new submissions.
