I've been trying unsuccessfully for years. Someone was going to send me a copy, but never did. There's a partial copy (as well as other editions) here: http://imslp.org/wiki/The_Dancing_Master_%28Playford,_John%29 The site is the Petrucci Music Library and is a great resource for sheet music. If you've access to an academic library, they probably have a subscription.
