[SCA-Dance] KWDS report (What I Did on my Summer Vacation...)

I think we can Definitely all agree that, as best as possible, we should be
aiming to line up the next few KWDSes in a row at this point, to help with
planning, and with bureaucracy.  (and financial planning for attendees too)
:)  I think that would begin to help quite a bit.

If it is bi-ennial, then just having the next 2 lined up is probably good.
If it is annual, then probably the next 3 (or even 4 possibly, though that
seems ambitious).
