This is a curriculum that offers practical food safety strategies for nonprofit organizations and is really a must-know for anyone handling food in the SCA.</span><br style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'lucida grande',tahoma,verdana,arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:16.639999389648438px">
