Hello! We have some proposed changes to policy that I'd like you to comment on. <BR>

You can access a pdf of the policy changes from the website: <A href="http://www.debatablelands.org">www.debatablelands.org</A>. Anything in blue or red is a change. There is one extra addition (see below) not appearing in the pdf at this time. If you'd like me to send you a Word document that you can Mark-Up (encouraged), please let me know, and I'll email it to you. Comments are due by Noon April 7th, before Officers' Meeting.<BR>

There are several minor changes, plus the addition of an event fee refund policy, and changes to Baronial election policy (primarily how ballots are tallied, and other changes). <BR>

Also, we had a suggestion that our current "ranking" system of voting should be changed to a straight popular vote (i.e.: you vote for your one favorite candidate, and that's it.) We have not done that in the proposed changes, but I would be interested in hearing opinions on that.</SPAN><BR>
