[SCA-AE] Lawsuit Discussion - Misc

I've mostly been following the discussion on gmail, where it's been
attracting flocks of ambulance-chasing ads. My favorite so far has been
"Defective Product Lawyers".

Participants in this discussion seem to be split between those who remember
the last "Board Crisis" and those who don't. Those who do will probably
agree that the Board is doing a much better job of being open and
non-adversarial. Those who don't may wish to understand that some of the
reluctance to give the Corporation the benefit of the doubt has its roots
in a time when it didn't deserve it.

If we need to do some fund-raising, the College of Arms could help a lot.
That name you haven't been able to get passed? For $50 the College will
hold its collective nose, and you can be Arwen of Nagasaki! Those pastel,
winged, fire-breathing unicorns that got bounced? For a mere $75....

Most of the discussion has been courteous, but some people have slid from
expressing disagreement with a statement to expressing contempt for the
person making it, which is a pity. In fact, now that I count, a full 25%
of the participants have been in the bottom quartile in terms of courtesy.
I would like to believe that we can do better.

Mind, I don't always get what I'd like.
