A couple of thoughts.

1. Language is a powerful thing, as is name-calling, whether it is true or
not.

2. I do not know if everyone is aware that the incidents in which Ben was
charged and confessed to all occurred at his home and were not part of any
SCA events.

The parents dropped the youths off voluntarily.

(Now, I understand their point that they met Ben through the SCA and he was
in a leadership role there, so they felt they could trust him.)

3. I am not sure rehashing the case is what we need to do right now. But
maybe that's because I have been around it a long time, and I am just tired.
