[SCA-AE] lawsuit and changes

I find it funny that was no one seems to be willing to admit is its comply or
the SCA ends. The SCA is not above the law and the court will not wait for us
to take a poll. We put the bod in place to deal with these kind of issues, and
now people want to complain about the way they do it.
Also, declaring bankruptcy just to avoid payment isn't very honorable or
chivalrous. It's also the right thjng to do. And that is one of the values
that we in the SCA try to instill in ourselves, our children, and those around
us. I for one applaud the SCA for stepping up no matter what the outcome.
