Actually that is inaccurate.

Every Kingdom in North America and both Independent wars needs to contribute 
18% of their liquid assets to cover the 1.3 Million Dollars the Corporation 
must pay to settle the lawsuit.

Drachenwald and Lochac are both Separate organizations and therefore not 
named in the Lawsuit.

The SCA as a whole body is named, not the East Kingdom or Aethelmearc 
individually.

Technically speaking, Drachenwald is not immediately affected by the lawsuit
and the collection of funds for which to pursue the lawsuit against the 
insurance
company, to the best of my understanding -- it is only the East and 
Æthelmearc
(specifically the PA groups).  Although, since, AFAIK, the original 
incident(s)
happened in the East Kingdom, I'm not completely sure why we're being
included in the "we need your 18%".  :-(
