Greetings to the Exchequers and Seneschals of the Kingdom.  I realize everyone is dealing with the announcement that came out this weekend, but I would like to speak to all regarding the regular financial process of the Kingdom as well.

The 2011 Year End reports were originally due by January 31 and many groups have already turned in their reporting.  To those groups I want to say THANK YOU.  Because of the situation the Corporate office has been dealing with, we have been granted a 30 day extension to reporting for the Year End reports for this year only.  This means that groups that have not yet turned in your reports have until February 29 to provide them to me.  This is a hard deadline though as I must calculate your figures into the Doomsday for the Kingdom.  For the groups that have not yet finished your reports, please take this opportunity to finish your reports in time.

I will be contacting individual group Seneschals in the first two weeks of March if your report has not been turned in.  If you are having difficulties balancing your Year End Report, I or my deputies will assist you in completing the reporting.
