[SCA-AE] Hersir Torvaldr has arrived in New Castle

I closed on my new home last Friday and I will be completely moved in to the new house tomorrow or Wednesday. Basically just one more load from my old house into my new home. I should have the leather shop back up and running in about a week to 10 days. Once I am up and running I wanted to make you all aware that I still have an open shop policy. You want to work on leather gear, armor or otherwise just let me know and I can tell you when I am available. If I have enough interest I may even start up a regular shop night for folks to come by.

And as most of you may be aware I am not only an leather armorer and craftsman I am also a skald/bard. I will be hosting bardic get togethers as well. My new home has a wonderful finished walk in attic with cedar paneling. Perfect for storytelling, poetry, and other assorted bardicness. See I can even invent new words. Bardicness. :-) And again, if there is enough interest I will be happy to host a regular bardic meeting.

I am currently trying to host a house concert by Heather Dale. Hopefully in November. I will also be throwing a Halloween party.

Finally my housewarming party will be the first Saturday of October. You are all invited! All day starting at 11am. BBQ, potluck. I will supply some meats and soft drinks, anyone else can bring what they like. I have both a grill and a portable fire pit with a grill on it.
