Then I will refrrain from banging heads with Fridrikr. What I would like to
request is a place where we may obtain a, for real, legally binding
definition of what constitutes a requirement for release. I understand the
Patent office and the Copywrite office and their functions. Where do we find
a definitive law or Office which governs this issue??

I strongly doubt that the news crews covering the last rally between the
White House and the Washington monument obtained releases for the several
hundred attendants at that rally. Many of whom were recognizable in the
front rows et all.
