You are so right -- it's amazingly easy.  I agree -- I bet there is an online form 
for the MA AG.
And AG Consumer Affairs Dept. complaint lists are lists that companies 
generally do *not* want to be on (forget the BBB -- companies have to do 
something really egrigous to run afoul of them, like fail to pay their dues...).
