[SCA-AE] Copyright violations - my 2005 Ice Dragon entry

It is actually very easy to file a complaint with the PA AG's office Department
of Consumer Affaris. I just did it recently to complain about a car dealer
pulling a bait and switch scam. Advertized one price, but once I got on the lot
they wanted $2200 more for the vehicle.
 
I bet MA's AG has an on line complaint form too.
