Greetings unto the Archers of Aethelmearc From Brandubh O'Donnghaile,
His Majesty Duncan's Archery Champion,

As November dawns cold and grey, it reminds us that winter fast
approaches and soon the outdoor season for archery will end.  Despite
the cold and snow, we ought to keep our bows tuned and skills sharp,
and so I challenge all the archers of Aethelmearc to join me in the
Gwyntarian Winter Archery Challenge which opens today.  Full

This shoot has been designed to be shot all at the 20 yard distance
and give archers a range of targets to test thier skills against.  The
shoot is designed so that most all indoor venues will have adequate
space to complete all ends of the shoot, and provide a variety of
targets to test various aspects of each archer's skill.  I invite you
all to submit your scores for this shoot througout the winter months.
I will track the scores of all the archers of Aethelmearc and at the
end of my term as King's Archery Champion recognize the leading scores
from Aethelmearc.  In the past Aethelmearc has been among the top
three kingdoms who submit scores, and with your help, this year we can
submit the most scores and take the top honors as a kingdom.
