[SCA-AE] Ice Dragon A&S winners - update

[Ireland-delfs, Orilee]

Due to a database issue, 2 of the entrants in the Ceramics category were
mis-identified as Novices where they should have been Singles.

 

However, since the winner of the Single category was already announced,
Lady Irene is going to remain the winner of the category.

 

This does change the winner of the Ceramics category for Novice, which
is now Kyleigh.
