greetings from the Authorization Clerk,

 

As we
gear up for the combat season, take a minute to check your Authorization Card. 

 

What's
that, can't find it. No problem, just e-mail me a request for a
replacement. Be sure to include your SCA name, Modren name, and the
address where you wish it sent. If your authorization is current I will send a replacement card ASAP, if, for some reason you have expired I will notify you so you can get
it taken care of.

 

Parents
of Youth combantants, have you sent the new Minor Combat Wavier? If not, please
take care of this soon. Earl Marshal Sir Tristen has given a deadline of April 15,
2010.  I would like to give thanks to Mistress
Jenna MacPherson for all her work on this matter.
