Scenario #1 - The Minor goes to an event with a parent but does not participate in any combat related activity.The minor will need to present a blue SCA membership card.  If they do not have a blue membership card then they must sign the following waiver:	http://sca.org/docs/pdf/chldwaiv.pdf	This waiver does not need to be notarized.	This waiver should be collected by the staff at the event and forwarded to the Kingdom Archivist.
