Sterlynge Vayle will be hosting a Reagional Fight Practice on Sunday March 21 from 11:30 - 6:00. 
 

Directions to our practice:
 
 Greater Binghamton Health Center,
425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY.
The gymnasium is in the Keeler building.

For more detail about which one is the Keeler building, As you drive there, follow signs for the VA Medical Center. You will eventually get to a small loop in front of a very large hospital. The Keeler building is the one just to the left of the hospital, right before you complete the loop and start to head out. Dump your stuff there, then park further out.
