[SCA-AE] NMS consideration.. a thought

 In following this thread , there was mention of  a "coupon" waiving this fee for newcomers for  a number of events.. And concern that it would be misused.
     I thought about this, being a new chatelaine, and wondered if  these coupons could be "good only in X kingdom" or "only for events in the listed groups"?

 Just a thought.
