Try this: send in copies of signed receipts for those events? Can be cross
checked against the event roster if there is a question. (everybody has to
sign in anyway.) That¹s why we send Corp the paperwork. They can have
something to do for those salaries.
(I was tempted to send in box tops, but the shipping would kill me.)
