My first royal court was when Flieg and Nicorlynn were on the thrones. They may have brought "hip-hip hurrah" here from the West, but it was all new to me at that point.
My recollection is that the announcement about Vivat/Vivant was made at the Intra-Kingdom Peace in Bhakail on July 4 weekend (the really rainy one), though that could be incorrect.
