If you are the Land Agent for your group, you may Troll in starting at noon
on Friday, and you must be checked in and present when Land Allocation
starts Saturday morning at, I believe, 9am.

If you are not the Land Agent for your group, you should plan to arrive at
Troll NO EARLIER than Saturday at noon.  This gives the Land Agents time to
complete the negotiation process without devolving into "My group has more
people here than yours, so we can shout louder, so we get what we want."
