I believe you may be mistaken. Jacopo told me earlier this week that Delighta of 
Cathy will be at Pennsic both this year and next. After that, who knows?

Nooooooooooooo!  Cathay got me through 4 Pennsics as Silver Buccle!

As some of you may know, I suffer from uncooperative, wonky sinuses.  
They don't do well at Pennsic, not at all!  To not get sick, I had a  
"Jacopo Special" at Cathay nearly every day - Beef Hunan, extra  
garlic, extra spicy.  Not to be gross, but eating something every day  
that makes my nose run has been my key to good sinus health at  
Pennsic for lo these many many years!  2 weeks a year for more than  
10 years, and no infections!

Guess I'll just have to slurp up some red pepper oil every day.  Or  
bring a jar of peperoncini - but it won't be the same, not nearly!

Anybody got a good recipe for hot & sour soup that can be made in  
camp?  It's my fallback remedy...

Ack.  Time to go mourn now...
