[SCA-AE] AEthelmearc Royal Camp available for meetings, activities

This is a reminder that Their Majesties Malcolm and Tessa have graciously offered the public areas of the AEthelmearc Royal encampment to be used during Pennsic for gatherings, meetings, etc.  There are several nice, covered venues with tables and chairs for both small and large size gatherings, plus the nice campfire area.
