No what-ifs needed. Those classes already happen & they're always marked in the
class books as "Adults Only" or "Must Be Legal Drinking Age". Teachers do card
students & tell them to leave if too young. (At a cordial class I went to, the
woman told two young men without ID, "Oh, you remind me so much of my son!" She
then informed them that her son was only 16 & asked them to go, which they did.
Even the boys themselves were chuckling because she was so funny about it)

Teachers always have the right to ask people to leave class, be it because
they're too young or because they're disrupting a class. That holds true even if
the person is over 18. Personally, I'd rather have a well-behaved 16 year old
in one of my classes than a drunk 35-year-old who interrupted every other
sentence (Not that I've had any trouble with the later in the SCA.)
