I find this type of question to be patently offensive.  There are many
good parents commenting here about a capricious, overreaching
misapplication of the 'two deep' rule who I know to be quite responsible
parents, trying to operate in an environment that is increasingly
cynical and hostile where attendance by children is concerned.

We made a decision to let 16 year olds fight heavy, and it was the right
decision on many levels, because it quit telling parents how to parent
their kids.  This new rule is the antithesis of that, and it is not
"trying to NOT be responsible" to point that out.
