well since the only persons who can demand id from a private citazen in the state of pa is a cop im not sure how anyone can inforce this rule. guesse theyll just have to take our word for it

so as an instructor  ..........and this new rule   does this make also make me part of the scadian  police force?????   I'm  sorry if a child  shows up  with an adult  to a class  in  public  and  is interested in learning something new      WHATS THE  PROBLEM!!!!!!!

And  Just How am I and  as  The  instructor suppose to enforce  such a rule?????
