I'd like to echo Silver Buccle's thoughts about this marvelous event, please.
 
A fairly sizable flock of Thescorreans attended H&S, and we were all quite impressed by the hospitality of the folks from ACG as well as the REALLY impressive and varied sideboard.
 
I was beyond thrilled that not only were there a number of tasty dishes available throughout the afternoon -- and quite a few were period dishes -- but that each & every one had an identifying label. 
 
To my delight, the labels included the ingredients, so folks with food allergies or intolerances could easily avoid foods with a minimum of fuss.  
 
It was also clear that a number of different cooks contributed the dishes, so this truly was a buffet of the shire's culinary talents.
 
I applaud you for a truly delicious event!
