[SCA-AE] NMS--wider consideration

If memory serves -- and those who know better than I, please do correct
me -- there was a time when Corpora violated its own bylaws by refusing
to release the sort of financial information that has been under
discussion. A lawsuit was filed to compel the release, with the Three
Bad Peers in question being the named plaintiffs in the suit. They were
Johan von Traubenberg, Bertram of Bearington, and Ellisif Flakkari (the
latter now known as She'erah bat Shlomo).
There was even a "Three Bad Peers" song contest:
