[SCA-AE] (no subject)

And I was just having a conversation earlier with a co-worker how I have to write documentation as if I "got hit by the bus".

This is something we should concern ourselves with many levels in our organization, be it corporate, kingdom or local.

Greetings, all!

Here, I agree with Margaret. No group should depend too heavily on
any one individual. When the same people do the same jobs for too
long, two trains of thought tend to develop:

1. I don't ever have to think about learning (Job X), because
(Person Y) will always do it; or
2. I might as well not even think about learning (Job X) because
(Person Y) will never give it up.

I believe both trains of thought to be very destructive, both to
groups and the individuals doing the job.

Not that I am wishing harm to any, but life changes can (and do)
happen to all of us, sometimes when we least expect or want them.
Better to be prepared than panicked!

My 2 cents,
